Until 5 calendar days before start. After that, terms and conditions govern how the deposit is handled.

Email [email protected] as soon as you can. With credible force majeure we agree a new date; otherwise session fees may apply under the terms.

Consumers booking at a distance have 14 days unless a legal exception applies. If you start the session within that period with consent, you pay pro rata. See the withdrawal article in terms.

If you cancel more than 5 days ahead we refund the deposit within 14 days. Inside that window offset rules may apply.

Reply to the quote email with the change. We send a revised version; only after you accept that version is the price binding.

For a three- to four-minute vocal, allow two to four hours including setup. A prepared band can track several songs per half day; plan via plan a band session.

Default 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless your project agreed another rate. Mix and master are download-ready; stems follow deliver mix stems.

18 months after the last activity on the project. Then we delete files on our servers; keep your own backups.

Only when stated in the quote. By default we deliver bounces and notes, not internal studio templates.

Your works stay yours. After full payment, exploitation rights in recordings made for you pass to you as set out in terms. We claim no co-authorship on your songs.

No. We do not train models on client material and do not create voice clones without separate written consent.
