Accessibility statement
In brief
- We aim for a site that works with keyboard, screen readers and sufficient contrast.
- The studio has steps and thresholds; call ahead if mobility is limited.
- Photos are decorative or include alt text where they convey information.
- Reports welcome at [email protected]; we aim to reply within 3 business days.
1. Purpose and scope
Mislikervyraxi B.V. wants mislikervyraxi.click and our studio at Overtoom 141 in Amsterdam to be usable for as many people as possible. This statement describes measures, known gaps and how to give feedback.
The website falls under European accessibility rules for services; we use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target without claiming every page already fully meets it.
Related: privacy policy, legal notice.
2. Website measures
On mislikervyraxi.click we work with, among other things:
- semantic HTML and one clear
mainregion per page; - visible focus styles for keyboard users;
- a skip link to main content;
- text alternatives for meaningful images (studio, services, team);
- form labels tied to fields on contact;
- a cookie banner operable by keyboard and screen readers (cookie policy);
- self-hosted fonts without third-party tracker services.
We periodically check contrast, 200% zoom and navigation without a mouse. Findings feed into small releases; this statement date: 14 October 2026.
3. Known digital limitations
Despite checks, some issues may remain:
- decorative background images do not add separate text;
- PDFs or attachments in email (quotes) are not always tagged;
- external map links (OpenStreetMap) follow that provider’s accessibility.
If you cannot use a page, email [email protected] with the URL and what you tried. Where possible we offer the same information another way (plain text, phone explanation).
4. Physical studio access
Our Overtoom entrance has a pavement and a narrow threshold; inside there are stairs to the live room and control room. There is no lift in the building. We do not have a wheelchair-accessible toilet in our unit; public facilities nearby vary in distance and access.
Up to 10 people fit in the studio; band recording sessions use up to 6 musicians in the live room. For audiobook recording we use a quiet booth on the ground level once you are inside.
Getting here: Tram 1 and 13 stop Overtoom, about a three-minute walk. Bus 15 stops on Haarlemmerweg; roughly seven minutes from there. Bike racks and shared bikes on the street.. Hours: Monday–Friday 09:30–18:30, Saturday 10:00–16:00, Sunday closed.. Call 020 789 3462 before booking if you have specific needs; we can discuss timing, breaks or an alternative setup.
5. Feedback and enforcement
Report accessibility problems via [email protected] or contact. Include page or room, device/browser and what you need. We acknowledge receipt and aim for a substantive reply within 3 business days.
If you disagree with our handling, you may contact a dispute body or court under Dutch law. We prefer practical fixes, such as an extra revision round on mixing or an adjusted time slot.
6. Responsible party and updates
Accessibility lead at Mislikervyraxi: Maarten Jansen (Mislikervyraxi B.V.). We update this statement when the site or studio changes significantly. Current version: 14 October 2026.
Services and rates: services, FAQ, terms and conditions.
