This disclaimer explains how to read the Mislikervyraxi website (operated by Mislikervyraxi B.V., Overtoom 141, Amsterdam) and the studio information on it. It supplements our legal notice and applies alongside the terms and conditions when you buy a service.
2. Not professional advice
Articles in Guides, answers in the FAQ and service pages such as mixing or mastering offer practical tips on preparation, formats and workflow. That is not legal, tax, medical or financial advice. 3. Accuracy and completeness
We update rates, opening hours (Mon–Fri 09:30–18:30, Sat 10:00–16:00) and descriptions when something changes. Information may still be outdated between updates (last site update 14 October 2026). The price on your quote beats website indications, for example €89 for vocals per hour or €429 for a band half day.
Technical details (rooms, up to 6 musicians at once in the live room) can vary by project; we confirm via contact beforehand.
4. Artistic outcomes
Recording, mixing and mastering are craft services. Results depend on performance, arrangement, source material, references and revisions. We deliver agreed work and include 2 revision rounds where the service provides for them, but we do not guarantee commercial success, playlist placement or a specific loudness on platforms.
Listen critically during the session; do not wait until delivery for fundamental changes outside agreed revisions.
5. Liability
Where permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damage, lost profit, data loss caused by your own backup failures, or reputational harm. Our liability for direct damage from a attributable shortcoming is capped at what you paid for the relevant assignment, unless there is intent or wilful recklessness.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contract details are in article 13 of the terms.
6. External links
The site may link to maps (such as OpenStreetMap), suppliers or reference sources. We do not continuously monitor those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy or availability. Use of external services is at your own risk.
