- We use your details to reply, schedule sessions and send invoices.
- No ad cookies, no sale of data, no AI training on your recordings.
- Session files are kept only as long as the project needs (up to 18 months).

1. Controller
Mislikervyraxi B.V. (we), a private limited company (B.V.), based at Overtoom 141, 1054 HG Amsterdam, is the controller for personal data processed through mislikervyraxi.click, the contact form, email, phone and studio visits.
We process data under the GDPR and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG). Privacy contact: [email protected] or 020 789 3462. We have not appointed a data protection officer; for our size that is not required.

2. Scope
This policy covers website visitors, quote requests and clients of Mislikervyraxi in Amsterdam: vocalists, bands, podcasters, publishers and other commissioners.
When a business client (for example a publisher for audiobook recording) asks us to record narrators or other participants, that client is usually the controller for those people’s data. We then act as processor; see our data processing agreement.
3. Data we process
Via contact: name, email, optional phone, chosen service, preferred date and project description. Required fields are needed to answer your request.
Booking and delivery: billing details, artist or band name, scheduling, email and phone exchanges, payment references. Business clients pay within 21 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Recordings: voice, performance and names in file labels are personal data when you are identifiable. We use them only for mixing, mastering, revisions (2 rounds included) and delivery as agreed.
Technical: our host TransIP B.V. processes server logs (IP address, time, page, user agent) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally; see cookie policy.
We do not ask for special-category data. Cancellation follows article 6 of the terms (free up to 5 days ahead).

We do not sell or rent data. We do not send newsletters. A new purpose would need consent or a compatible-purpose explanation.
5. Voice, image, age and AI
Your voice and performance are protected by privacy and personality rights. We do not publish clips, session photos or client names on mislikervyraxi.click or social media without prior written consent.
Client audio is never fed into machine-learning models for product development. We do not build synthetic voice doubles unless the individual gives explicit written approval.
Online booking is intended for people aged 16 and over. Younger visitors may attend with a parent or guardian who handles booking and permissions.
6. Recipients and processors
Only team members working on your project access data inside Mislikervyraxi (up to 10 visitors in the studio; up to 6 musicians in the live room).
- TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, Netherlands), hosting for mislikervyraxi.click and email;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, United States), forwarding the contact form to [email protected];
- accountant, for invoicing (confidentiality);
- bank, for payments;
- public authorities, when the law requires.
Processors sign Article 28 GDPR terms. Business clients: data processing agreement.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Core hosting and storage stay in the European Economic Area via TransIP B.V.. FormSubmit processes form content in the United States. That transfer is needed to handle your request technically (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR: pre-contractual steps at your request).
To avoid that route, email or call us directly at [email protected] or 020 789 3462. We treat your enquiry the same way and aim to reply within 3 business days for serious requests.
8. Security
We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS, restricted access with individual accounts, strong passwords, encrypted workstations where feasible, locked studio outside sessions and deletion of archive files after 18 months.
If a breach risks your rights, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) and inform you when the law requires. No online transfer is completely risk-free; after receipt we protect data as described here.
9. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also set instructions for data after death where Dutch law allows.
Send requests to [email protected] with subject “privacy” or by post to Overtoom 141, 1054 HG Amsterdam. We reply within one month; complex cases may be extended by two months with explanation. We may verify identity. Practical questions: FAQ.
You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP), autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We prefer to resolve issues with you first.
10. Cookies
mislikervyraxi.click uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Only your cookie choice is stored in localStorage (mslk_consent_v1, 182 days). Details: cookie policy and .
11. External links
The site links to OpenStreetMap for directions (Tram 1 and 13 stop Overtoom, about a three-minute walk. Bus 15 stops on Haarlemmerweg; roughly seven minutes from there. Bike racks and shared bikes on the street.). Those services have their own privacy rules; we are not responsible for their processing.
12. Changes
This policy is effective from 14 October 2026 and last updated on 14 October 2026. We update it when services or law change. The current version is on this page. Material changes are communicated to existing clients by email where appropriate.
